We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

- Send you transactional communications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and fulfilment notifications.
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- Manage your account and preferences.

- Performance of a contract — to process and deliver the orders you place with us.
- Your consent — for marketing communications, publishing your reviews and photos, and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Store and prevent fraud, in a way that does not override your rights.
- Legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal data only as necessary to run the Store, and with parties who are required to protect it. This includes:

- Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Store working (for example, remembering your cart), to understand usage, and — with your consent — for marketing and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies may affect how the Store functions.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Shopify and certain email and analytics providers) may store or process personal data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with the UAE PDPL.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Order and transaction records are kept for the periods required by UAE tax, accounting, and commercial law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Restrict or object to certain processing of your data.
- Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant UAE data protection authority.
10. Marketing Communications
Where you have opted in, we may send you marketing emails about new arrivals, offers, and updates. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages relating to your orders.
